7:30 AM - Morning Yoga Session
Start your day with an invigorating morning yoga session on the beach. This session focuses on awakening the body and energizing the mind through a series of sun salutations and flow sequences, preparing you for the day ahead.

9:00 AM - Healthy Breakfast
Enjoy a nutritious and delicious breakfast featuring local, organic ingredients. Savor fresh fruits, homemade granola, and traditional Portuguese pastries, while you take in the scenic views from our dining terrace.

10:30 AM - Guided Meditation or Wellbeing Workshop
Participate in a guided meditation session designed to help you find inner peace and balance. Alternatively, some days may feature wellbeing workshops, such as stress management techniques, nutrition talks, or essential oils classes.

12:00 PM - Free Time / Leisure Activities
Use this time to explore the surroundings, relax by the pool, or enjoy a book under the shade of an olive tree. Optional activities such as surfing, hiking, or cultural tours can also be arranged for those looking to add some adventure to their retreat.

2:00 PM - Lunch
Gather for a communal lunch where you can enjoy a variety of healthy dishes prepared with local ingredients, fostering a sense of community as you share experiences and connect with fellow retreat participants.

3:00 PM - Free Time / Personal Reflection
Continue your relaxation or take part in optional activities such as massage therapy, one-on-one yoga sessions, or simply unwind in your tranquil environment. This time is yours to recharge in whatever way suits you best.

5:00 PM - Evening Yoga Session
As the sun begins to set, unwind with a gentle restorative yoga session. This practice will focus on deep stretches, calming breath work, and relaxation techniques to soothe and prepare your body and mind for a peaceful evening.

7:00 PM - Dinner
Dine al fresco under the stars as you enjoy a wholesome and hearty dinner with your fellow yogis. Evening meals are a time to indulge in healthy cuisine while enjoying lively conversations and forming lasting connections.

8:30 PM - Optional Evening Activities
Participate in occasional evening activities such as bonfires, live music, or star-gazing sessions. These activities are designed to enhance your experience and create memorable moments during your stay.

10:00 PM - Quiet Time
As the day ends, enjoy some quiet time to reflect on your experiences, journal, or meditate privately. This peaceful period helps promote a good night's sleep, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for another beautiful day.
