REFORMER PILATES
Start your Reformer Pilates journey at your pace — build strength and flexibility in full-body classes, level up with fun and fiery flows, and step into advanced sessions when you’re feeling strong and confident.
1. Beginners/Low Impact Reformer Pilates
A slower-paced reformer class designed for those recovering from injury, managing mobility challenges, or looking for a supportive intro to Pilates. Focused on restoring strength, improving balance, and supporting joint health through controlled, low-impact movement. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a more therapeutic approach to Pilates.
2. REFORMER PILATES
A dynamic workout designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and enhance posture. These sessions offer a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling strong and centered. Please note: not suitable for pregnancy or early postpartum recovery.
3. DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES
Dynamic Reformer Pilates is where things get fun and fiery. This class builds on the exercises we teach in our Reformer Pilates classes with more flowing choreography, faster transitions, and a stronger challenge from head to toe. We dial up the intensity to help you build strength, find length, and move with control. Expect deeper core work, juicy stretches, and that feel-good burn in all the right places. We finish with a burst on the Cardio Tramp to lift your heart rate and your mood. This class is perfect for those who feel solid in our Reformer Pilates classes and are ready to level up. No injuries, please—and if you're pregnant or postpartum this class is not suitable for you. If you’re unsure, have a chat with your instructor before jumping in!
4. Advanced Reformer pilates
Our advanced reformer classes are ideal for those extremely confident with Reformer Pilates. These classes move at a faster pace with more dynamic transitions and varied exercises for a full-body challenge. Designed to build strength, improve stability, and challenge your brain and body! Please note: not suitable for injuries, limited mobility, pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

We welcome all levels, including beginners. With our small class sizes (max 6 people), our instructors can provide plenty of guidance for newcomers. We'll guide you through everything you need to know, so you’ll feel confident from the start!

Just bring yourself and maybe a bottle of water! If you’re attending a doula support class, we have bouncers and toys for the babies, but feel free to bring along anything extra to help keep them happy.

Wear something you can comfortably move in. Leggings or shorts and a fitted top are ideal, and grippy socks work best (but bare feet are fine too).

Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes are designed for every stage of pregnancy. If you're in your first trimester and already active, you're welcome to start with a regular Reformer Pilates class and switch to Pregnancy classes when you're ready.

Our Postnatal Reformer classes are perfect from around 8 weeks after birth. For C-section recovery, please ensure your scar is fully healed before starting any exercise.
