REFORMER PILATES
Our Postnatal classes will help you rebuild strength and your core muscles. Stretch, strengthen and realign your body, leaving you feeling better physically and mentally. Come solo to a postnatal class or book a class with doula support for your baby.
POSTNATAL PILATES
Our Pregnancy classes support your changing body in a way that’s safe for you and your baby in each trimester. Prepare your body and mind for birth, building strength, improving mobility and easing discomfort.

I joined KIN’s postnatal Pilates class about 2 months after the birth of my second. 8 weeks of sessions and my core feels so much stronger.
