5 Week Postnatal REFORMER PILATES Foundation Course with Optional Doula Support
Your Foundation for Postnatal Recovery
Our five-week reformer pilates postnatal course is designed to help you rebuild strength and confidence after birth in a supportive, welcoming environment alongside other mums at a similar stage of motherhood.
Before the course begins, you’ll receive an in-person consultation, including an individual assessment and diastasis check, so that we can tailor recommendations and programming to your own recovery and goals.
Led by our specialist pre- and postnatal team, each session is designed to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, build full-body strength and develop the confidence to return to exercise safely.

You need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum. If you've had a C-section, your scar must be fully healed (around 8 weeks) We highly recommend seeing a Women's Health Physio for a Mummy MOT, as the NHS postpartum check isn't comprehensive. We recommend Emma Bradley at Physiotone, Sian at Osteosian, or Tina Mason at Women's Health Brighton. If you have had a Mummy MOT, you can share the report with us so we have all the info we need to tailor the sessions to your body.

Our doulas are fantastic at keeping your little ones happy while you focus on your workout. They are experienced and know when a baby just needs a cuddle versus when they need their mum. If your baby gets upset for an extended period, they may ask you to step in. Balancing everyone’s needs is tricky, but we do our best!
Our doulas and instructors can help with:
Cuddling, rocking, and playing with your baby.
You'll need to step in for:
Bottle feeding, nappy changing, clothing changes, and very upset babies.

We have limited space for buggies. If possible, please leave it at home, but if you need to bring one, we’ll make it work.
-
Yes, there is paid street parking nearby. Westbourne Gardens has paid spots toward St Christopher’s, and there’s usually parking on Portland Road and in Poet’s Corner.

Absolutely! We know you'll probably need to check in, feed, or change your baby during class. That's perfectly fine! Feel free to step off your reformer when needed.
