Our 8-week postnatal reformer course offers dedicated in-room baby support, so you can focus on building strength knowing your little one is in safe hands.

Baby Support On Site: Our doula will be on hand ready to play, cuddle or soothe your baby, so you can concentrate on your workout!

Baby Friendly Atmosphere: Our studio is designed with Mums in mind. If you need to stop to feed, change or cuddle your baby, that’s totally fine! We have dedicated feeding and changing areas to make you both as comfortable as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome babies up to 7 months old at the beginning (week 1) of the course. If your baby will be around that age and / or mobile / pulling themselves up, then please contact us before booking.

Please use your discretion - if your baby is very mobile/ pulling themselves up / walking and won't be happy in our playpen or a bouncer then the bring your baby format may not be suitable for you, regardless of your baby's age. Please feel free to reach out to us on help@kin-pilates.co.uk if you have any questions.

If your baby won’t be happy to be contained then our baby-free drop-in classes may be better for you!

**Courses are non-refundable but you can transfer to other dates in specific circumstances such as injury or medical advice to reduce exercise temporarily. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before your course consultation (usually scheduled for the day before your course starts) if you want to transfer to a course in the future. Please speak to us about your circumstances if you are no longer able to take part in the course or complete a course that's already underway due to injury by emailing us.**
