Whether you're pregnant, newly postnatal, or ready to build strength and endurance for your parenting (or grand-parenting!) journey we have the perfect group class for you!

You’ll only ever find a maximum of 6 clients in our classes, so you’ll always receive personalised attention from our expert instructors.

Our small class sizes mean we can welcome you, no matter your experience. And the best part? We can change the resistance as you get stronger, so your workout grows with you!

  • Pregnancy Reformer

    Our dedicated group reformer classes are designed to provide you with a safe, nurturing space to focus on your well-being.

    With expert-led instruction and specialized exercises, our pregnancy reformer classes are designed to empower you on your pregnancy journey and prepare you for a strong postpartum.

  • Postnatal Reformer (Baby-Free)

    Welcome all new (or not so new!) mums to our postnatal reformer classes. This is your time to rebuild, re-energise, and reclaim your strength!

    Our expert instructors will help you feel strong, powerful and ready for anything parenting can throw at you!

    There is no age limit on these classes - you’re always postnatal! They are for anyone who wants to build a strong foundation before joining a more advanced class.

    Baby-Friendly Atmosphere: Our studio is designed with Mums in mind. If your baby needs to visit you for a feed during your session, that’s totally fine! We have a dedicated feeding area for you to use.

  • Strong Mums Reformer

    Introducing our empowering group reformer classes, expertly designed to meet the unique demands of motherhood. While these sessions are crafted with mums in mind, you don't need to be a mum to join – they're open to anyone who wants to build strength and resilience.

    These classes are for those who have already built a strong core foundation or are beyond their early postnatal phase. If you’re just returning to exercise or have any symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction or an unhealed Diastasis Recti please book into one of our Postnatal Pilates classes or book a 1:1 to plan your journey.

  • Future-Proof Reformer

    Join our small group classes designed to future-proof your body and stay strong and mobile as you get older.

    These classes are expertly designed to help support and strengthen joints, improve bone density and reduce aches and pains.

    Perfect for older clients who want to work in a small, focused group.
