    Our 1:1 and 2:1 sessions are expertly designed to address your specific needs, ensuring you build strength and confidence to join our group classes when you’re ready.

  • GROUP CLASSES

    Whether you're pregnant, newly postnatal, or ready to build strength and endurance for your parenting journey we have the perfect class for you!

    With a maximum of just 6 clients per class, you'll receive personalized attention and expert guidance in an intimate setting.

    And the best part? If you join one of our 8 week courses - Your baby can join you!

Pilates has transformed my life. It took me from struggling with pain and mistrusting my body, to feeling empowered, strong, and ready to conquer the challenges of parenting!

Now, as a team of expert instructors, we're deeply passionate about extending this life-changing experience to others. We know that you deserve to have the strongest possible foundation to help you in your everyday parenting and we’re dedicated to creating a supportive space to help you build one.

We understand the struggle of rebuilding trust in your body after a demanding pregnancy or a birth that didn't go as planned. We recognise how difficult it can be to prioritise your health and wellbeing when there’s so much else on your to-do list.
