CLASSES

Supportive, expert-led reformer Pilates classes designed for every stage of your pregnancy and postnatal journey — from tailored sessions for expectant mothers to restorative postnatal classes, with the option of doula-supported care.

1. Pregnancy Reformer Pilates

Our Pregnancy Reformer classes support your changing body in a way that’s safe for you and your baby in each trimester. Prepare your body and mind for birth, building strength, improving mobility and easing common pregnancy discomforts with safe exercises for you and your baby from our expert instructors.

2. POSTNATAL REFORMER PILATES

Our Postnatal Reformer classes are designed to help you reintroduce exercise in a safe way after giving birth to regain strength and your core muscles. Our expert instructors will help you stretch and realign your body after the changes from pregnancy, leaving you feeling better physically and mentally.

3. PostNATAL REFORMER PILATES with doula

Our Postnatal Reformer class, with doula support. These classes offer dedicated in-room support from a trained doula, so you can focus on building strength knowing your little one is in safe hands. Suitable for babies 6 weeks-6 months. Classes with doula support are only available on our monthly memberships.

4. REFORMER PILATES WITH DOULA

The next level of challenge after our Postnatal Reformer classes. Keep building strength, still with doula support for your little one. Suitable for babies up to 9 months, or until they're pulling themselves to stand. You must have attended at least 10 Postnatal Reformer Classes with your baby before joining this class.

It’s time. Start the next phase of your Reformer Pilates journey at your pace — build strength and flexibility in full-body classes, level up with fun and fiery flows, and step into advanced sessions when you’re feeling strong and confident.

it’s normal to have QUESTIONS BEFORE your FIRST PILATES CLASS.

  • We welcome all levels, including beginners. With our small class sizes (max 6 people), our instructors can provide plenty of guidance for newcomers. We'll guide you through everything you need to know, so you’ll feel confident from the start!

  • Just bring yourself and maybe a bottle of water! If you’re attending a doula support class, we have bouncers and toys for the babies, but feel free to bring along anything extra to help keep them happy.

  • Wear something you can comfortably move in. Leggings or shorts and a fitted top are ideal, and grippy socks work best (but bare feet are fine too).

  • Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes are designed for every stage of pregnancy. If you're in your first trimester and already active, you're welcome to start with a regular Reformer Pilates class and switch to Pregnancy classes when you're ready.

  • Our Postnatal Reformer classes are perfect from around 8 weeks after birth. For C-section recovery, please ensure your scar is fully healed before starting any exercise.
