MEET YOUR TEACHER

Hi, I’m Hattie, a Reformer Pilates Instructor with 10 years teaching experience. For the past 5 years I have worked exclusively with pre/postnatal clients and trained 100s of women through their pregnancies and postpartum. I have worked with a huge variety of different bodies, pregnancies and births and all types of issues and injuries that can arise over that time.

At Kin Pilates, we are the only specialist pre/postnatal reformer studio in the UK. We work with pregnancy and postnatal clients every day and we’ve seen how much difference a skilled, informed Reformer instructor can make.

We created this training because most courses don’t go deep enough. They skim the surface, leaving instructors unsure and unprepared for pre and post natal clients.

Our goal is to help you become the kind of teacher your clients feel safe with and the kind studios want to hire.
