Hattie Windsor, Founder of Kin Pilates
I’m a Reformer Pilates instructor with 10 years’ teaching experience, and for the past 5 years I’ve worked exclusively with pre- and postnatal clients—guiding hundreds of women through pregnancy, postpartum, and every type of body, birth, and injury along the way.
At Kin Pilates, the UK’s only specialist pre/postnatal Reformer studio, we see every day the difference a skilled, informed instructor can make. I created this training because most courses skim the surface, leaving instructors unsure and unprepared.
Our goal is simple: to help you become the teacher your clients feel safe with and that studios want to hire.
FROM feeling nervous when a pregnant client walked in THE STUDIO > to full blown confidence
Izzy used to feel nervous teaching pregnant clients and had put off this qualification for years. Taking the plunge and learning pelvic floor work was a game-changer — she’s now confident, excited and eager to get her pre- + postnatal clients through the door!
A 4 day, in-person course for Reformer instructors ready to specialise in pregnancy and postnatal Reformer Pilates.
You’re already a great teacher, but when a pregnant or postnatal client walks in, do you feel fully prepared? How do you adapt for diastasis recti, sciatica, or C-section recovery? Most courses only skim the surface, leaving instructors unsure.
At Kin Pilates, we do it differently. Our in-person, hands-on training gives you the chance to work with real bodies, ask questions directly, and truly understand what’s safe—and what’s not—for every client. You’ll gain expert anatomy knowledge, practical teaching tools, and confidence to guide clients through pregnancy and postpartum safely.
By the end, you’ll be the instructor your clients trust and the studios want to hire—ready to teach with care, skill, and confidence.
