With a maximum of ten guests, you’ll receive thoughtful, personalised guidance from Hattie and a guest instructor in an intimate and supportive space. No overwhelm, no pressure—just room to breathe, move and truly rest.

Hattie Windsor – Founder of Kin Pilates
With years of experience in both reformer and mat-based Pilates, Hattie brings a compassionate, body-aware approach to movement. She’s passionate about holding space for every kind of body to move, reconnect and feel strong from the inside out.
Guest instructor to be announced soon.We strongly advise attending at least one Postnatal Core class before you book into Postnatal Reformer.
