Reformer Pilates Retreat - Terms & Conditions (ibiza, may 2025)
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants booking a place on our Reformer Pilates Retreat. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Payments
A £500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.
The deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
You may choose to:
- Pay in full at the time of booking, or
- Spread the cost across 10 monthly instalments (starting from the date of your booking). Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Payment Plan
If you choose the 10-month plan, payments will be collected monthly via your chosen payment method. All payments must be completed no later than 30 days before the retreat start date. Missed payments may result in cancellation of your place without refund of previous payments.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Your cancellation:
- The £500 deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel:
- More than 90 days before the retreat: all payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded. - 60-89 days before the retreat: 50% of payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded. - Less than 60 days before the retreat: no refunds will be issued.
Our cancellation:
In the unlikely event we need to cancel the retreat, you will be offered a full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit, or the option to transfer to a future retreat.
3A. Financial Protection & Insurance
In accordance with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, all payments made for this retreat are protected.
We have arranged appropriate financial protection through an insurance policy provided by a recognised UK insurer. This policy protects your payments in the unlikely event that we become insolvent or are unable to deliver the retreat services as agreed. You will be entitled to a full refund (or repatriation if applicable) under this protection.
Details of the insurer and policy can be provided upon request.
We also strongly advise that all participants take out their own comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should include (but not be limited to):
- Trip cancellation or curtailment
- Medical treatment and emergency repatriation
- Personal liability and accident cover
- Loss or damage to baggage and valuables
- COVID-19-related disruption
It is your responsibility to ensure your travel insurance is suitable for your personal needs and activities undertaken during the retreat.
4. Travel & Insurance
Travel to and from the retreat is your responsibility and is not included.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, personal injury, illness, and any COVID-related disruption.
5. Health & Safety
By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in Reformer Pilates sessions. Please notify us of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the retreat.
Participation is at your own risk.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property during the retreat. You agree to release us from any claims except where caused by our proven negligence.
7. Code of Conduct
Respect for the retreat environment, instructors, and fellow guests is expected at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, government regulations). In such cases, we will do our best to offer reasonable alternatives where possible.
