  • All of our classes are included with a membership. Please note that our doula support classes are exclusively available to members, so you’ll need an active membership to attend.

  • Joining a membership during pregnancy is a great way to stay consistent with your Pilates as you prepare for birth, while also benefiting from our best value per class.

    All memberships have a three-month minimum commitment. If your due date falls within that period, we will pause your membership while you have your baby and restart it when you’re ready to return for postnatal classes.

  • Yes, of course. We’ll pause your membership while you’re away having your baby — just let us know when you’re ready to return, and we’ll get everything restarted for you.

  • It really depends on what works best for your schedule. Consistency is key, so choose a plan you can stick to.

    • Once per week is a great way to unwind and feel good.

    • Twice per week helps you build strength and see results more quickly.

    • Three times per week is where you’ll see the most noticeable transformation.

  • Yes. You can pause your membership for up to 30 days, up to twice per year.

  • For our Mini and Monthly memberships, unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

    For our Pro membership, unused credits can roll over until the end of your next billing period.

  • No — members receive a discounted rate. You can book additional classes for £24.75 via Momence, or simply email us and we’ll book you in.

it’s normal to have QUESTIONS BEFORE your FIRST PILATES CLASS.

Find all the answers you need here, or get in touch if you need any other information before coming along.

  • We welcome all levels, including beginners. With our small class sizes (max 6 people), our instructors can provide plenty of guidance for newcomers. We'll guide you through everything you need to know, so you’ll feel confident from the start!

    If you’re joining us after having a baby, you should start with a Postnatal Core class before joining a Postnatal Reformer Pilates class.

  • Just bring yourself and maybe a bottle of water! If you’re attending a doula support class, we have bouncers and toys for the babies, but feel free to bring along anything extra to help keep them happy.

  • Wear something you can comfortably move in. Leggings or shorts and a fitted top are ideal, and grippy socks work best (but bare feet are fine too).

  • Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes are designed for every stage of pregnancy. If you're in your first trimester and already active, you're welcome to start with a regular Reformer Pilates class and switch to Pregnancy classes when you're ready.

  • Our Postnatal Reformer classes are perfect from around 8 weeks after birth. For C-section recovery, please ensure your scar is fully healed before starting any exercise.
