it’s normal to have QUESTIONS BEFORE your FIRST PILATES CLASS.

Find all the answers you need here, or get in touch if you need any other information before coming along.

  • We welcome all levels, including beginners. With our small class sizes (max 6 people), our instructors can provide plenty of guidance for newcomers. We'll guide you through everything you need to know, so you’ll feel confident from the start!

  • Just bring yourself and maybe a bottle of water! If you’re attending a doula support class, we have bouncers and toys for the babies, but feel free to bring along anything extra to help keep them happy.

  • Wear something you can comfortably move in. Leggings or shorts and a fitted top are ideal, and grippy socks work best (but bare feet are fine too).

  • Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes are designed for every stage of pregnancy. If you're in your first trimester and already active, you're welcome to start with a regular Reformer Pilates class and switch to Pregnancy classes when you're ready.

  • Our Postnatal Reformer classes are perfect from around 8 weeks after birth. For C-section recovery, please ensure your scar is fully healed before starting any exercise.
